You retain copyright ownership of the original content you upload. This licence does not transfer ownership — it gives Aghosham the right to use the content to operate and promote the platform. You represent that you hold the rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property.
Aghosham also retains rights over all usage data, telemetry, and aggregated analytics derived from platform activity. This data is used to guide business and product decisions and is not attributed to individual users or vendors when analysed in aggregate.
We engage third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers act as data processors on our behalf, processing personal data only under our instructions and subject to confidentiality obligations.
